About Roshni

Roshni Khatri was born in New Delhi, India in 1996. She graduated with a bachelors in media and communications from the University of Delhi in 2017. She was freelancing as a photographer during her bachelors. She moved to Mumbai to work as a DOP and associate producer.

Roshni moved to New York to study documentary photography and photojournalism at the International Center of Photography with the Wall Street Journal Scholarship and a Director’s Scholarship.

After graduating, she participated in the Eddie Adams Workshop 2019 and has had her work published in the New York Times, NBC News, Reuters, Fotonostrum and many other publications. She also exhibited her work at a public exhibition at Photoville 2020 in Chelsea Park, New York.
